You can get a coupon for $2.00 off for an adult ticket and $1.00 off a child's ticket in this month's SOKY Happenings.

Saturday in the Park with Art - downtown Bowling Green, Fountain Square Park, 1-7 p.m. Bob Brigl from The Pots Place will be there in the park taking part in this art exhibit. 782-2787.

Tuesday June 9: Chik-fil-A Kids Night 5-7 p.m. Free Ice Cream, see the Cow, Crafts, Face Painting, and Balloons

Sky Farmer's Market Giveaway AND A reminder about the Bookfest Sat. April 18



SKY FARMER'S MARKET EARTH DAY GIVEAWAY
- 7:00 - 12:00 - visit the Sky market and get a FREE fluorescent light bulb by signing a pledge. ALSO get a tree seedling. They are located in the Medical Center Parking lot.

INVASIVE PLANT PULL (6th annual!) is also today at Lost River Cave, 1:00 - 5:00. See the beautiful Lost River Cave area and do some good too. 393-0077.

2009 SOKY BOOK FEST,
9 a.m. - 4 p.m., Saturday April 18th at Sloan Convention Center. More than 150 authors! Fun for the entire family. Check out their website here for more info: http://www.sokybookfest.org/ or call 745-5016. Authors will be there today and there will be a craft area and a Fancy Nancy Tea Party.

This month they have announced Community Garden Plots at Keriakes Park - 8 a.m. today.

Each household is allowed two plots. For more information call 393-3000.
