A Beginning Knitting Class is coming up February 11.

Background photo is by Nist6ss on Flickr.
Here is a great class coming up at the Kentucky Museum.

I got a notice about this class today. It is a beginning knitting class.

The name of the workshop is Beginning Knitting: All the Basics Workshop.

 From the Workshop page:

"Instructor Janice Crane will be teaching beginning knitters everything that they need to know to start their first project. “Beginning Knitting: All the Basics” will cover casting on, knit stitch, purl stitch, stockinette stitch, binding off, weaving in ends, and beginning pattern reading.

At the end of the workshop, each person will take home their first knit fingerless glove, and the materials to create the second.

When: Sat, February 11, 10 am - 2 pm (bring your lunch)
Where: Kentucky Museum
Workshop Fee: $8.00 (includes needles & yarn)
For more information, call 270-745-6082."

You can get the Workshop Flyer and the Registration form here:

The fee is very reasonable. I think this will be a very popular workshop!
