Beauty and the Beast is completely sold out. No more tickets are left, according to the WKU site. 

The Twilight Thunder Cruise from The District event page: "On Saturday, October 2, 2010 from 6:30pm-9:00pm, the South Central Kentucky Kids on the Block will be hosting their annual Twilight Thunder Cruise. The event will start with a motor cycle parade from Harley Davidson to Circus Square Park. For more information call 270-842-2259."

From the WCVK Community Happenings page: "10/7/10 Riverview at Hobson Grove, 1100 West Main St., Bowling Green, presents “Inventions of the Victorian Period” Oct. 7, 12 noon. Nancy Baird, retired Kentucky History Specialist at WKU Kentucky Library, will discuss inventions of the Victorian period and how they influenced daily life. John Carter Cash will be in Bowling Green on October 21st as part of the library's My Life is an Open Book series. Free tickets to this are available at the Main library and also at the Kirby branch. The Lost River Cave Civil War: Living History Days is back October 22-24, 2010 at Lost River Cave. This is a free event. Make sure to bring earplugs if you go when they will be firing a cannon. Just saying. They have many great photo opportunities there. Here is a photo from a Civil War Dresses booth I saw there in 2008: Civil War Dresses for Sale.
