BG, KY events Nov. 20-27th Bowling Green, Kentucky

Fall leaves from Clker.com.

Hello, everyone. Here is the first part of a Walt Whitman poem.

There was a child went forth every day;
And the first object he look'd upon, that object he became;
And that object became part of him for the day, or a certain part of
the day, or for many years, or stretching cycles of years.

From There was a Child Went Forth by Walt Whitman
You can read the rest of the poem here.

This poem is one of my mother's favorites.
