Art Shows and Exhibitions

Misha Ambrosia is having her art shown at Greener Groundz this month.


The VSA Exhibit is free and open to the public at the Garden Gallery at the Kentucky Library and Museum this month until March 21st. 745-2592.

Kendall McMinimy is showing his art at the WKU Ivan Wilson FAC Corridor Gallery from Feb. 16-March 23rd. 745-3944.


Capital Arts has a Scholastic Arts Exhibition 02/04 to 02/27.

A Modern Atomic Art exhibition will take place Feb. 18th  - March 25th at The Gallery at 916. http://www.thegalleryat916.com.

Martha Duff has an art exhibit at the Bob Kirby branch library through the 28th. 

Kay Zoretic's jewelry is exhibited at the Warren County Library main branch this month through the 28th. 781-4882.


The Regional Scholastic Arts exhibition 2011 is frm 9-5 through February 27th at the Capital Arts Galleries. 782-2787. 

Monday, February 21st: A free computer class, Microsoft Excel Advanced,  is offered at the Main Branch library from 6-7:30 tonight. You must pre-register by calling 781-4882.

Community Education has a Spring Weath workshop today at 4-5:30 p.m. You must pre-register to attend by calling 842-4281. $10.00 per person.

WKU Community Enhancement Series presents Imani Winds, a free concert at WKU Van Meter Hall 0108 at 7:30 p.m. This event is open to the public.


Tuesday, February 22nd: Tonight is the BGAMUG sponsored talk by Charley Prince about Computer Security. You can find out more here: The BGAMUG website, and here: The BGAMUG Blog notice. A reminder: this event takes place on Tuesday, Feb. 22nd at 6:30 p.m. at the BG Technical College, Building F. There is FREE admission to this event. You can find a map at the BGAMUG site.
