Events in the Bowling Green, Kentucy area Sunday-Thursday, Oct. 21st - 25th

It has been a very exciting weekend for everyone in the area.

Sunday, October 21st

3 p.m. CONCERT: Autumn Collage. Ivan Wilson Fine Arts Center Recital Hall. Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for students. Contact Music Department, 745-3751.

5 p.m. CONCERT: Women in the Arts: The Sapphire Trio in the Middle East. Ivan Wilson Fine Arts Center Recital Hall. Free admission. Contact Music Department, 745-3751."

Monday, October 22nd

A free computer class is offered today, Introduction to Genealogy Resources, at the Main branch library from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. You must pre-register to attend. Call 781-4882.

Tuesday, October 23rd

Wednesday, October 24th

From the VisitBGKY site: Today is Food Day at the WKU Ag Expo Center from 9 am. to 8 p.m.

A free computer class is offered today, Learn to Download Ebooks and Audiobooks, from 10-11 a.m. at the Main branch library. You must pre-register to attend. Call 781-4882.


Thursday, October 25th

4 p.m. LECTURE: Kenya: From Independence to the 21st Century by Isaac Muhando, Fulbright Language Teaching Assistant for Swahili. Faculty House. Contact Modern Languages, 745-2401."

October 26th is the Kentucky High School Rodeo at the Ag-Expo Center.

October 27th is the Kiwanis Club Zombie Walk at 4 p.m. at the BG Ballpark.

Also, the Country Boy Demolition Derby is today at Lampkin Park.

Also October 27th is the Monster Dash 5K at 7 p.m. at Keriakes Park to benefit the Joseph's Hope Foundation.

October 28th is is a free computer class at the Main branch library, about Google Docs. You must pre-register to attend. 781-4882.

October 30th is a Mac Lab from 3-5 p.m. at the Graham Drive branch library. You must pre-register to attend. Call 781-1441.
