From the Visitbgky.com site: Carriage Rides are available through December 31st on Fountain Square each night.
Snow Magic Shows will be at Greenwood Mall this week at 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. daily.
Santa will also be at the Mall this week. See the Greenwood Mall Calendar for more events.
From the WCVK Community Happenings Page: "12/2- 12/23 The 33rd Annual Trees of Christmas at the Houchens Center, Bowling Green, Ky. See all the unique trees decorated according to their own favorite movie title, take family pictures, and vote for a favorite tree. Bring your family and see trees created by local civic groups, non-profits and other organizations. Admission is free. The trees will be open each day December 2-23. Weekdays from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm , Saturdays 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Sundays 1:00 to 4:00 p.m."
The Kentucky Museum also has a Holiday Tree Exhibit until January 3, 2012.
Tuesday, December 20th
Hanukah begins today and goes until the 28th.Dance Arts Dance Company will be wrapping presents today at Barnes and Noble as a fundraiser for a trip to New York City. They are there from 5-9 p.m. They will also be there December 21st from 5-9 p.m.
The Main Branch library has a Gingerbread House Fun event today at 5:30 p.m. You must pre-register to attend. Call Stephanie at 781-4882, ext. 212 to register.
The WKU Hardin Planetarium has its holiday program, The Star of Bethlehem today at 7 p.m. Admission is free. It is first-come, first-served for seats. Here are directions to the planetarium's neighbor, the Dept. of Physics and Astronomy.
A free computer class, EBay for Beginners, is at 6 p.m. at the Bob Kirby Branch library today. You must pre-register to attend. Call 782-0252.
The Graham Drive branch library has an event, Paws to Read at 6:30 p.m. with Cari Small and Ashlyn the Dog. Find out more: 781-1441.
Community Action has a Senior Dance and Potluck at the Warren County Senior Center from 6-9 p.m. tonight. Bring a covered dish. Dancing is optional. Tickets are $5.00. 783-4484.
Wednesday, December 21st

Winter begins today. Grades K-6 can make an ornament today at the Smiths Grove branch library. Call for more info 270-563-6651.

Tonight is Friday Nite at REDz and the public is invited. Fee is $5.00 for people without a WKU ID, and $3.00 with one. Play billiards, ping pong, have fun bowling.This is the last day for the Trees of Christmas at the Houchens Center. Today a special Christmas Meal will be served in the fellowship hall at Rockfield United Methodist church at 682 Richpond-Rockfield Road in Rockfield, Kentucky for those who will be alone on Christmas day.
